About
I am a licensed mental health counselor and I have experience working with adults who is working to navigate through their persistent mental illness and achieve their identified "full life." I have several years of experience working with individuals who are navigating to address their anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. In addition to this, I also have several years of experience working with individuals who carries a diagnosis of Schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder and substance use disorders. In our first session together, I would work with individual in understanding their chief concerns and work collaboratively in prioritizing those concerns and building a plan to navigate through the concerns.
