Are you looking for a therapist that has a mindfulness-based practice. Professionally and personally mindfulness is a big part of my life. I look forward to sitting together. I encourage relaxation practices to begin a session to see what you want to work with. I bring an embodied presence to meet you where you are. I tend to work with those looking to experience more peace and ease in their life, bringing curiosity and awareness to habitual ways of being. I work with depression, anxiety, life transitions, physical pain, grief, relational issues and ADHD.
