I offer a safe space for individuals and couples across the sexuality spectrum. I treat a range of sexual and relational issues including male & female sexual dysfunction, infidelity, fertility issues, and sexual trauma and have high competencies in kink and BDSM. I foster authentic therapeutic relationships with my clients through culturally-inclusive, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed care. In my couples therapy work, I use Gottman Method Techniques and Emotionally Focused Therapy to provide a safe space to explore relational and life challenges. My approach is embodied, psychoanalytic and relational. Often when we are placed in environments with intense levels of stress, whether this is from relationship issues, anxiety/depression, addiction, self-sabotage or other life situations, we hold pain and trauma deep in our bodies. When we are unable to release this from our bodies, the pain is unexpressed and we become stuck in patterns that are unhealthy.
