For months I’ve gone back and forth with what to write on my profile and where I’ve struggled is trying to be like the rest, and that’s not me. The truth is, I don’t want to sell myself, I want individuals who want to work and get better. I want to apply the skills and techniques that I’ve learned over the years to help people every day to get better, and eventually, not “need” me. For me, this is not about specific techniques or trainings, it’s about having support in the vulnerable moments so that we can successfully face the things that we struggle with, and do it differently.
