Change is an evitable part of life. Sometimes, that change is welcomed. Sometimes, that change is scary and unwanted. Adjusting the lens through which we see and approach those changes can often determine the impact those changes will have on our lives. It is my belief and experience that you will get more out of your life if you are willing to change. Change is spurred by a feeling that something just isn't quite right, that something could be better, or that there's an issue you want to resolve. Therapy is an important step in discovering the world around you and finding your place in it.
