I am trauma-informed, trained in EMDR and Psychedelic Assisted therapies. I am certified in integrative medicine for mental health and incorporate alternative/wholistic approaches to enable mind-body balance. I l also bring neuroscience, conflict resolution, expressive arts, play, sand-tray, and attachment work into practice, and offer walk and talk therapy. I see clients at all stages of the lifespan from infants to adults.
