Therapy is truly my calling. I like to start where the client is at. There is not a “one size fits all” approach for therapy and I feel I must adjust and work with what works best for the client. I like for clients to be open with me about their goals and view this as a collaborative approach. I specifically love working with women who are dealing with perinatal mental health concerns (postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss). I have specific training in this area and would love to work with you through your journey.
