We often hear the expression “life is a journey”. That journey can fill us with so many experiences, some of which we may not be ready for. I specialize in working with preteens, teens, and young adults who are feeling stuck in their own thoughts, but looking to break free. Whether you are caught in a cycle of anxiety or depression, or experiencing ambivalence with a life transition, we will work together to untangle these complexities so you can regain a sense of empowerment. During therapy we will work at your pace. Building a trusted connection will allow us to remain open and honest, ultimately leading to deeper self-exploration. We may also consider how physical and emotional health are intertwined. My approach is client-centered so that you feel heard and understood with what you are coming to therapy for.
