Hello, I'm Krista. I truly enjoy working with people who are committed to self-improvement and healing. Being relatable and safe are two of the most honored descriptors clients have used to describe me. This comes from my having done, and continuing to do, the work myself. I have created and trademarked Emozen, short for emotional zen, from my personal journey of recovery from developmental trauma. I was honored to be inducted into Who's Who in America 2021-2022 for my work with Emozen, and have been invited again for 2022-2023. Additionally, I was a field trial researcher for the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-5).
