Most of my clients struggle with one or more of the following including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and grief. They are trying to find peace and someone to really listen to them and understand. I love working with clients who are wanting life to improve. I have worked with young children to the elderly. I work with individuals to find their worth and strengths to build upon. View 4 Photos I use EMDR, CBT, and solution focused approaches to help them find relief to the struggles of just being human. I work with clients using sincerity and humor from wherever they are at emotionally. I approach each client in a genuine way and help them feel as comfortable in therapy as they can be. I know it is difficult to trust someone with the hard things.
