Hi, my name is Krista. I am a millennial, Caribbean American , first generation college graduate with a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness and personal growth. I am a licensed therapist with a diverse background of experience in providing compassionate and effective therapy to clients. I am also open to integrating faith-based principles with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help individuals navigate life's challenges. I provide a supportive and compassionate space for clients to explore their faith, values, and mental health concerns. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration, with a focus on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. Specializing in anxiety, depression, and life transitions, I believe in the power of therapy and faith to bring about positive change and healing.
