Our relationships impact how we see ourselves and the world, which can play a role in our mental health. Through an affirming approach, I focus on helping individuals explore their various identities (racial, gender, romantic, etc.) and examine how relationships with their family of origin can play a role in these identities and overall life experiences. I also help clients process the curveballs thrown at us otherwise known as life transitions.
