I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in MA and RI dedicated to supporting trauma survivors, individuals experiencing mood changes, anxiety, and/or sensory sensitivities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and neurodivergent clients using a trauma-sensitive, mindful, client-led approach. My ideal client is someone navigating trauma, anxiety, or identity challenges who seeks a safe, supportive space to heal. They want to feel grounded, understood, and empowered, while learning tools to manage symptoms and connect with themselves. Their goal is to move beyond past experiences and cultivate resilience, authenticity, and growth.
