My name is Dr. Krista Nelson, and I have extensive training in the multidimensional diagnosis and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, addiction issues, trauma-related mental health concerns, eating disorders, personality disorders, and more. I believe in the power of therapy to assist healing for my clients. I am predominantly a CBT therapist, but I have an extensive toolbox of training utilizing other therapeutic techniques. As a clinician, I believe that the first step to improving mental health issues is the development of rapport and trust between the client with their therapist. I want to see you feel better!
