I provide an integrative style to support each person and family's individual and specific goals and treatment needs. I bring to each client my strong clinical experience and therapeutic style, which is authentic, empathetic, and relational. I specialize in working with youth, adults, and families who are experiencing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Behavior Problems, Trauma, Eating Disorders, Transitional Stages, LGBTQIA+, Social Skills, & Relational Concerns. I am trained and skilled at using EMDR-IA, CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, Play Therapy to help reduce symptoms, reach treatment goals, and improve mental health. Prior to private practice, I provided therapeutic services at the Family Institute at Northwestern, residential facilities, Eating Recovery Center, and Waco Center for Youth to help with emotional regulation and conflict de-escalation.
