I am a licensed professional counselor who focuses on the treatment of adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress. My goal is to help individuals find their voice to fight against shame through empowerment and self-exploration. My hope is to help clients find freedom in being the most authentic versions of themselves. I believe that counseling can be a safe place to begin this healing. Through an integrated approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to move towards our hopes and desires, no longer stuck.
