As a queer, chronically ill, and neurodivergent therapist, I understand firsthand how our healthcare and societal systems often fall short. While I can’t overhaul these systems alone, I aim to help clients break free from internalized expectations and build lives that align with their needs. My work is rooted in IFS and ACT, integrating a holistic perspective that honors the connection between mind and body.
