Typically when we seek therapy we are crisis, or in pain. We don't want to wait months for relief, we need relief now. At Healing Solutions Therapy we provide that relief and offer solutions to help you get "unstuck," move through the pain or crisis, and reclaim your life. Hi, I am Krista Walker, LCSW, and I have 20+ years experience working with adults dealing with stress, and/or trauma. During our initial sessions we will do a deep dive into the issues that brought you to therapy and work together to create an action plan to address them so you can get your life back. Healing comes from "doing" or engaging in change and reframe the reaction to the distressing situation, event, traumas we are experiencing. Through this process we experience some relief so we can then work through and gain understanding as to why the trauma affects us. Together we will help you heal from challenging experiences, traumas, and anything.
