I am an experienced, eclectic, and relational psychotherapist who specializes in trauma therapy, sex therapy, and couple therapy. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to create new harmony and courage in a client’s connection with themselves, others, and the world around them. I utilize the tenants of systems theory, existential theory, and attachment theory to help folks build the lives they long for. I am warm, funny, insightful, and attuned in my role.
