I am a strength-based therapist, helping my clients discover the positive inner attributes they already possess that often are overlooked. Combine this with a strong counselor-client trust relationship, many years of experience, a safe environment. I am passionate about the modality of EMDR, and we can target past situations, present triggers or future events for peak performance. Eating disorders & attachment issues are my specialty.
