Hi, I'm Kristal Bayer, Through out my life I felt a calling to help other others. As a young adult, I was unsure in what capacity. After taking several psychology courses. I knew i was destined to be a therapist and help people just as you who may feel stuck in a rut in life, have had traumatic experiences, are struggling with depression, anxiety, etc. We all deserve to live life and enjoy it. To have positive life experiences, develop healthy family and friendship bonds, to be able to sleep without the dread of tomorrow. I attended the University of California, Santa Barbara for undergrad where I majored in Psychology and minored in education and went on to complete my Masters degree in Social Work at Cal State Long Beach in 2011.
