Hello. My name is Kristal. I have provided mental health and counseling services to individuals and groups of all ages for 25 years. I was a crisis responder in the public school system and a provider for many clients after traumatic experiences. I invite you to invest in yourself. If you are ready, we can work through your concerns and reach a better view. I do not pretend to be an expert about who my clients are and what is right or wrong for them. I believe in partnering together to reach goals that are meaningful to my clients no matter the age.
