I come from an Attachment background with expertise in ADHD in women and the dynamic and different ways it presents to this population. My passion and focus is in the support of men & women in their process of becoming, and accessing an empowered life. Together, we approach our negative self talk & thoughts gently and with deep compassion. We look to the past, uncovering the breadcrumbs we left along the way, to guide us back to where it all began. We see, hear, validate and love that precious inner child back to wholeness. Then life begins a new, with a solid foundation based in self compassion and self love
