My current approach is a blend of psychodynamic and person-centered therapy, exploring your past while setting goals that align with your inner being. My goal is to truly see you and hear you while holding the space to navigate sensitive topics. I aim to provide you with a safe, accepting environment to help you explore your inner world confidently. As a therapist-in-training, my practice is very closely supervised, giving you peace of mind that you're receiving the best care possible.
