We all have times in our lives where we may feel stuck or are struggling to work through something that is going on now or has happened in the past. This is where therapy comes in. I'm here to help you process through what is going on now, how you got here and help empower and equip you for a different future. Remember, there is hope! I take a genuine approach to therapy and meet you where you're at. My speciality is combining a Biblical worldview with the science of Psychology, believing all truth is God's truth. I am also an EMDR trained therapist. EMDR is a unique therapy, which is very effective at allowing a person’s brain to heal and move forward from trauma.
