I am Licensed Clinical Therapist in NJ & VA with 10 years of experience in the mental health and social service field. I am a Latina/ Asian-American therapist with diverse perspective, attention to detail, and cultural sensitivity. I challenge my clients in a supportive and gentle manner by incorporating trauma-informed care. My therapeutic experience includes relationships, women’s issues, culture, self-esteem & identity, familial issues, reentry and justice involvement, substance use, anger management, anxiety, depression, & more! I believe therapy should be accessible, affordable, and effective.
