My passion is working with children and adolescents who are facing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life adjustments, behavioral concerns, and more. I have a special interest in working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives. I enjoy helping them grow and heal from their experiences using techniques from Play Therapy and EMDR. It is my pleasure and honor to assist children and adolescents achieve their therapeutic goals so that they can experience an increased sense of self and confidence in their ability to navigate their internal and external world.
