I have years of experience working with addictions, depression, and teen issues. I am passionate about recovery and helping those in need find their own recovery. I work to help individuals let go of the old messages that are mean and belittling to themselves, and help replace them with compassion and kindness. Because, it's when we feel good about ourselves that we are able to treat ourselves well. Battling mental health issues is hard and having someone you feel safe with to explore the deep, dark parts of your soul is where the healing begins.
