I am an LMHC providing telehealth therapy to adults in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. You don’t have to have the “right” words to start therapy. My ideal client may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or easily triggered and may not fully understand why. Anxiety, depression, or past experiences still show up in their thoughts, body, or relationships. They want relief and clarity, but more than anything, they want to feel understood without judgment. They’re looking for a space where they can be honest, slow down, and begin to make sense of what they’ve been carrying.
