I have seven years of post-graduate experience providing individual, group, and family therapy for clients across a wide range of ages, identities, and life experiences. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, while still grounded in evidence-based practice. I take a person-centered approach that focuses on empowerment, helping clients build confidence, self-understanding, and practical tools they can use in everyday life.
