I believe that no problem develops in a vacuum and that viewing relationships, struggles, and dynamics through a systemic lens can open up new insights and understanding, and create space for transformation and growth. I love working with adults navigating complex life transitions and relationship issues, and have an affinity for working with children and teens, having taught and worked in various school settings. With my background in art and teaching, I often incorporate creativity, play, and artistic expression into therapy, and find creativity can reveal things to ourselves and help us heal.
