Hi, I’m Kristen, a social worker providing space where you feel safe, seen, respected, and welcomed in just as you are! Here are some things that are helpful to know about me: I am passionate about providing neuro-affirming services for autistic, ADHD, and auDHD individuals of all ages. I also treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and provide support for life transitions. My goal is to empower clients to live authentically, free from the constraints of what “society says” we need to be. I also find value and empowerment in having safety in experiencing and expressing feelings through our actions and words.
