Welcome, my name is Kristen and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’ve been in the field since 2014 and have work with all ages, families, and relationships. I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, family conflicts, parenting issues, trauma and abuse. I also have extensive work with neurodivergent disorders, such as Autism, FASD, and/or intellectual disabilities. With these specialties, I utilize several different treatment modalities in my work including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, strength-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing therapy.
