Hello, I'm Kristen and I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and parents. I have 25 years of experience providing support to clients looking to resolve challenges and intentionally create the lives and relationships they want. My areas of focus are; anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues/boundaries, family conflict, and helping people deal with difficult life experiences such as divorce, medical trauma/chronic illness, grief/loss, spiritual crisis, and more. I also offer parenting support therapy for parents of teens who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, and other challenges.
