About
As a clinical social worker, I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals in a variety of therapeutic settings. Creating a therapeutic environment that is warm, compassionate and nurturing is one of my strengths. Therapy often helps provide insight into our strengths and internal resources we already have so we can build skills for improved daily functioning, emotional health and fulfillment and positive change. My areas of special interest include adjustment to life changes, low self-esteem, stress management, relational concerns and emotional/mood disorders.
