I seek to create a trusted space where individuals can be themselves, speak their minds, and explore aspects of their past or present that they find difficult. I support children, adolescents, and young adults, along with their family members, to address a variety of challenges or stressors. My therapeutic philosophy is relationally driven, trauma-informed, and flexible; we will collaboratively work to develop support that is right for you or your child.
