I first want to congratulate you on taking the first step in seeking help. During our lifetime we are going to face challenges or trauma and you don't have to do that alone now. I am currently serving adolescents, adults and couples. My experience includes working with clients who have trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and relationship conflict. My goals are to help you get to the root of your distress, manage your emotions better, and provide a safe place to express yourself without judgment.
