Hey there. Thanks for being here and exploring your options for therapy. Finding a good fit is important and this process can feel overwhelming. You might be feeling a little lost, anxious, or sad as you navigate who you are and your relationships to others. I want you to envision a suitcase of all the things you carry with you each day. In session, I'll invite you to set that suitcase down for just a moment.
