Hi! My name is Kristen and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified EMDR Therapist, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have found that nearly every client I work with has some underlying struggle related to trauma, re: sexual assault, physical abuse, natural disaster, etc., and/or attachment wounding, re: caregivers who were not able to meet the emotional needs of their child. My passion is helping my client’s reach a place where they can accept all parts of themselves and heal from the physical and emotional wounds of their past.
