My desire is to come alongside you to provide a supportive and caring space during life transitions, relationship issues, or stressful life events. I work with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, and faith-based issues. I also journey with people in understanding their story around trauma, childhood sexual abuse, and relationship issues that leave you confused and feeling alone. If you find you are struggling with the past or even anxiety promoted by an uncertain future which is affecting your relationships and distorting your view of yourself, I would love to help.
