Do you wish you could change the way you react to difficult situations? Do you feel like it's getting harder to deal with the world? Do you want to gain control of yourself, especially when you can't control what's going on around you? Therapy can help! Life is made up of experiences and responses to those experiences. We don't always have the option to change our experiences but we can change the way we react. I want to help you look at your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to notice patterns. When you are aware of your typical responses, you are able to challenge the parts of your reactions that do not serve you.
