I have been working with clients for over 20 years, helping people learn healthier ways to cope with trauma, resolve grief, and improve the quality of their relationships with others and with themselves. For many people, unhealed wounds manifest in the form of depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. I work with my clients to identify the unresolved issues that keep them "stuck" and repeating the same destructive patterns of behavior. I also like to focus on practical skill building in your specific areas of need, whether it's communication, self-esteem, anger management, assertiveness training, or boundary setting.
