I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples in building the lives and relationships they dream of through healing attachment relationships, diving deeper into emotion and connection, and honing practical skills. As an ADHD clinician myself, I have a unique ability to deeply understand neurodiverse individuals and help them to navigate a neurotypical world with acceptance, practical skill development, and tips and tricks that truly work. I love to help couples navigate the impact of neurodivergence on their relationship and understand and support each other more effectively.
