My goal is to instill hope and to help people find happiness and healing. I provide a safe, friendly and nurturing environment to get to know my clients and incite positive change in their lives. I have provided therapeutic services in residential and outpatient settings to children, adolescents and adults for 15 years.I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety and additional cognitive and emotional disorders using a variety of proven techniques (including EMDR). I work from a client-centered approach, looking at your individual situation and all of the things that have led you to where you are today.
