This is a beginning; change is difficult. It's strength, not weakness, to seek help and make changes. Learning how to see our behaviors from a different perspective is valuable. Healing often comes through verbalizing our feelings. You will feel heard, respected, validated, receive constructive feedback and gain greater insight and understanding in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I focus on your strengths as a means to help facilitate change and promote independence. I am a very down-to-earth person and I am often told by my clients that it's easy to talk and relate to me.
