Hello, my name is Kristen and my practice is called Healthy Habits Counseling Orlando. I love helping individuals, couples and families to find their best self! Whether that may be a sober individual, someone who is finally free from depression or anxiety, or a couple who aims to grow their marriage. I work with all ages but I especially love working with high school and college-aged individuals. I offer Cognitive Behavioral therapy, EMDR, and many other kinds of therapies to tailor to the specific needs of each individual client. I also offer religion-based treatments such as Christian counseling.
