I enjoy working with teens ages 16+, adults, & couples. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulty, communication & behavioral issues, anger, stress, EMDR & trauma. Clients describe me as caring, kind, helpful, & easy to talk to. In approaching the therapeutic relationship through a non-judgmental lens, I find that individuals are able to really explore themselves in order to take the next steps towards healing. I hold space for clients to work at their own pace, in the ways they are most comfortable to help them understand their stressors & responses & learn how to express & regulate their emotions.
