After over 20 years working in Colorado’s public education system, I’ve opened my private practice to help people navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and calm. I work with adults, young adults, and children who are facing anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, and major life changes. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my passion is helping individuals grow through every stage of life—from early childhood through adulthood.
