My name is Kristen Johnson. I am an LCSW and have been licensed since 2000. I work with youth and adults who struggle with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, relational problems and phase of life problems. I work with youth, adults, and the Veteran population. I help people who struggle with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and phase of life problems. When working with someone, I individualize my approach to help them achieve their goal(s) for treatment. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT and Interpersonal psychotherapy as my theoretical approaches to treatment.
