The children and young adults with whom I work often require intense support for emotional dysregulaion, extreme emotional reactivity, depression/mood disorders, complexities related to neurodiversity, (such as ASD, ADHD, and AuDHD), and anxiety related disorders, such as panic disorder, social anxiety and school refusal. These families and young people often report they would like to feel heard, supported and would like to manage the day to day stressors of school, peer relationships and life, in general, more effectively.
